December 2023 Open Studio and White Chalk Gallery Show
Kate will open her studio (located within the N22 Artspace 5 building) to visitors on Saturday16 December and Sunday 17 December 2023 from 11am - 3pm, both days. On view will be many mixed media and sculptural and wall works, as well paintings and printed works. A studio sale will be part of this event - a good opportunity to both see where Kate makes her work and have a chat as well as take something home for yourself or a loved one. This is a solo open studio event -- with other events/options nearby that same weekend: across the street from Kate's studio at the Karamel N22 gallery and restaurant there will be an artist and makers Christmas fair organised by Collage Arts that same weekend, and next door to Kate the Goodness Brewery will be open and serving both artisinal beer made on the premises as well as their homemade pizzas. Within 10 minutes walk of the studio there is also Ludo's fantastic red bus bar and cafe, as well as The Green Rooms hosting the Oita Japanese restaurant. So plenty to do once in the area!
